As a young company, gemstra is a budding platform developing right before your eyes. Currently geared for 1-on-1 sales, the gemstra boutique affords you the opportunity to share our Partner Brands and their products with your customers. Create a shoppable gallery full of lifestyle photos and reviews, by selecting which Partner Brands you would like to offer in your boutique, highlighting your favorite products alongside your own personalized recommendations for your customers. Virtual Parties, currently only available from within the platform of one of our Partner Brands, JewelScent, are an excellent resource in which to build your business.

The New Consultant Training Video will help you get acquainted with the new world of gemstra. Also, meet Amie Larson, our VP of Consultant Development, as she provides you with LIVE training held on the first Wednesday of every month.

 Step 2

Set Up Your Profile & Join the Gemstra Consultant Facebook group

Personalizing your profile is a perfect way to express who you are to your customers. Make your profile fun and reflective of your personality. The Gemstra Consultant Facebook group is a forum for you to connect with other Consultants just like you. Receive up-to-date news, share tips, and grow lasting relationships.

 Step 4

Enter your Contacts in your Backoffice

Think about who you know!  Using the acronym FRANKS, begin your contact list for your Gemstra business: Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances, Neighbors, Kids’ parents, Social media. Check out the “FRANKS” list located in the Resources section (link) to help you think of those that who want to support you, are looking for new brands, or would be interested in hearing about your business.

 Step 3

Your online workplace

Your Backoffice is where you will create your Virtual Parties, order your personal products and track your sales, sponsoring and personal achievements.

Start each day by checking your Backoffice early in the morning. In your Backoffice, you will find your personal activity updates, company announcements, training, marketing tools and special Consultant- only offers. You will also find posted events, including in-person training opportunities and weekly training call details.

 Step 5

Begin to share the gemstra opportunity! We believe that the best avenue for building your business is by scheduling your first Virtual Party (VP) within our Partner Brand, JewelScent. For this Launch Party, you’ll learn firsthand what a Host does to prepare for a successful Virtual Party. At a VP, you sell product, meet new customers and book future Virtual Parties. It’s an opportunity to identify your next New Consultant, train your team, and build relationships. VPs can be booked across the nation, because they’re fun and easy to host and attend!

Don’t forget: There are potential New Consultants all around you! Make a commitment to ‘work’ the gemstra income opportunity into every conversation you have.
